What the words mean
- Your Content — photographs, notes, property details and anything else you upload or type into the service, other than the guest details described below.
- Output — the still frames and clips generated from Your Content, and the films assembled from them.
- We, us — NEW INN HOTEL LIMITED, operating Welcomeframe.
You keep ownership
You retain every right in Your Content that you had before you uploaded it. Nothing on this page transfers ownership, and uploading a photograph does not make it ours in any degree.
The licence you grant us
You grant NEW INN HOTEL LIMITED a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence, for the duration set out below, to do the following things and no others:
- host, store and back up Your Content;
- transmit it to the model providers that perform generation, in order to produce the output you asked for;
- process it to produce still frames and clips at your request;
- reformat, resize and re-encode it, purely so that it can be displayed and exported;
- display it back to you inside your own account;
- retain a copy for up to 30 days after deletion, in operational backups and for abuse investigation.
The licence is granted only so that we can run the service for you. It is not sub-licensable except to the processors listed in the Privacy Policy, each of which may act only on our instructions.
What the licence does not cover
To be explicit, because these are the things people worry about:
- Training. Your Content is not used to train artificial-intelligence models — not ours, not any third party’s foundation models. Our contracts with model providers prohibit it.
- Marketing. We do not use Your Content or your Output to promote the service. If we ever want to, we will ask you, in writing, for that specific piece of content, and you may say no without any effect on your account.
- Sale or licensing on. We do not sell, license or supply Your Content to anyone else, and it is not part of any dataset offered to a third party.
- Anything after the licence ends. See below.
Output
Output generated from Your Content belongs to you, subject to the Acceptable Use Policy and to applicable law. We claim no ownership of it and place no watermark on paid tiers.
Two things we cannot promise about Output, because nobody honestly can. We do not warrant that it is original or that it does not resemble other material. And whether a generated frame attracts copyright at all differs between countries, and may mean the answer in your country is “not much”. Take advice if that matters to your business.
Output is also not a statement about your property. That is set out in the AI Disclaimer.
What you are promising us
By uploading Your Content you confirm that:
- you own it, or you have the rights and licences needed to upload it and to let us process it;
- where a photographer took it, your arrangement with them permits this use — a licence for a listing photograph does not automatically permit derivative works;
- it shows accommodation you own or manage, or for which you have the owner’s permission;
- it does not infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
- any identifiable person appearing in it has consented to that use, and no child is identifiable in it;
- it does not breach the Acceptable Use Policy.
You are responsible for these confirmations. If a claim is made against us because one of them was not true, you agree to cover the reasonable costs we incur in dealing with it.
Guest details are outside all of this
Guest names, arrival dates, room numbers and entry codes are not Your Content under this page, because we never receive them. They are held in your browser’s session storage, drawn onto the frame by your own device, and cleared when the tab closes. No licence over them is granted to us, because there is nothing for a licence to attach to.
Service improvement
We keep aggregate operational signals — how often a generation failed, how long it took, which error codes occurred, which steps people abandon. These contain no image data and none of the text you wrote, and they are what we use to make the service more reliable.
Removal
We may remove content that breaches the Acceptable Use Policy, that we are legally required to remove, or that is the subject of a credible infringement complaint. Where we can, we tell you first and explain why. Where the content involves a child or is otherwise unlawful, we remove it immediately.
If you believe content here infringes your rights, write to support@newinnellonhotel.com.
When the licence ends
The licence ends when you delete the content, or when you delete your account. After that we retain only:
- operational backup copies, which clear within 30 days;
- anything a law requires us to keep, for as long as it requires it.
Nothing else survives. Output you have already exported is yours and is unaffected by the licence ending.
